By accessing or using our website located at originslearning.com, subscribing to our weekly practice packets, or purchasing gift memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing, customer service billing inquiries, tax calculation, compliance, and return/refund management for products purchased through our website.

When you make a payment on Origins Learning, you are purchasing from Paddle.com Market Ltd, subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Paddle's Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

Origins Learning offers digital cognitive practice worksheet memberships delivered in weekly PDF packets.

Monthly Membership ($9.99/mo): Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. All listed prices include applicable taxes.
Free Trial (7 Days): If offered, your free trial grants 7 days of complimentary access. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged $9.99/month automatically.
Gift Memberships: Gift passes (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) are charged as a single one-off payment and do not auto-renew.

4. Cancellation & Refund Rights

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your member account dashboard or by contacting support at support@originslearning.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
