Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your 14-day guarantee window:

1. Send an email to support@originslearning.com with the subject line Refund Request.
2. Include the email address associated with your account and your purchase receipt number.
3. Our team or Paddle customer support will process your refund request within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring $9.99/month membership at any time with zero penalty:

• Self-Service Cancellation: Log into your Member Dashboard and select "Cancel Subscription".
• Email Request: Send a request to support@originslearning.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
• Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the following cycle. You retain full access to download all practice packets and access your member dashboard until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Merchant of Record & Billing Inquiries

As our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd assists in managing customer billing support and transaction inquiries. You can also contact Paddle buyer support directly at paddle.net or via email at help@paddle.com.

4. Gift Membership Purchases

Gift membership passes (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) are one-time non-recurring purchases. If a gift pass voucher has not yet been redeemed, the purchaser may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
